Type sc delete ""

Option 1
Type the followining in the Run dialogue box:
regsvr32 softpub.dll Wintrust.dll Initpki.dll Rsaenh.dll Mssip32.dll Cryptdlg.dll
Again type the followining in the Run dialogue box:
regsvr32 Dssenh.dll Gpkcsp.dll Slbcsp.dll Sccbase.dll

Option 2
Open Internet Explorer -> GOTO Tools -> Internet Options
Select Connetion Tab
Click Lan Settings
Uncheck all except ‘Automatically detect settings’
Click Ok

Option 3

GOTO MSN Tools menu option
Select Connection
Remove all settings
save
